What materials do you use in your garments?
We are committed to using 100% Fairtrade organic cotton, which is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Our buttons are made from recycled hemp or nut-based materials, and we avoid synthetic blends to ensure circularity.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.
How do I care for my organic cotton pieces?
To extend the life of your garments, we recommend a cold machine wash with a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Line dry in the shade to prevent fading and avoid tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the organic fibers.
Do you offer a take-back program?
Yes, as part of our commitment to circularity, we offer a Take Back program for Kowtow garments that have reached the end of their life. We ensure these pieces are recycled or repurposed to keep them out of landfills.
