Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kowtow garments, but if they aren't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to ensure a circular lifecycle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
